The service

ShortsSmith generates AI-made short-form videos from your text ideas, ready to download and post anywhere. Videos are generated by AI models and may vary in quality — that's why failed generations auto-refund.

Your content & rights

• You own the videos you generate, including full commercial rights.
• You're responsible for the ideas/scripts you submit and where you publish the results.
• Don't use the service to create illegal, hateful, or deliberately misleading content.

Credits & billing

• Credits are bought as one-off packs through Stripe. There is no subscription, nothing renews, and you are never charged unless you buy a pack.
• Credit costs are shown before every generation.
• Failed generations are automatically refunded; credits do not expire.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last month. We're a small independent product — we'll always try to fix problems fast and fairly first.
