Failed generations refund themselves
If a video generation fails or produces broken output, the credits are refunded to your account automatically — usually within seconds. You do not need to contact anyone or open a ticket. This is built into the system, not a favor we do case-by-case.
Credits never expire
There is no subscription and no monthly reset. Credits you buy stay on your account until you spend them, however long that takes. Nothing silently vanishes.
Refunds on purchases
Because there is nothing recurring, there is nothing to cancel — you are only ever charged when you choose to buy a credit pack. If you were charged in error (duplicate charge, or a pack you bought and never spent a credit from), email us within 14 days and we'll make it right.
Top-up packs
Unused top-up credits don't expire while your account is active. Once spent on successful generations, they are not refundable — but failed generations always auto-refund, as above.
